  • Day 5 is all about taking messy action, starting where you are, and going all in!

    It's always been you versus you. It's you that stands in your own way, and you that gets in your head and overthinks your own greatness. This is a 30 day challenge designed to meet you where you are. 10 minutes a day to reset your current limiting beliefs and stand in your power. 10 minutes a day to get out of your way, and fight in your corner. Together, in 30 days we're going to level up, chase our greatness, and become our Very Best Selves.

    Challenges are more fun when you do them with someone. Grab a friend and ask them to join in with you! Try walking or running a mile while you listen! Get creative! Just commit to spending ten minutes a day with yourself and get ready to see some major growth.
