Publisher's summary

Jin possesses a unique paranormal ability. Just by touching someone, she can insert a mental hook into their psyche and tie a string of her consciousness to it, thus creating a tether. That doesn’t make her a spy, though. Not unless her talent is discovered by those seeking to exploit it.

Fabulous!!!

Love Jin and her spunky ways!! A straight shooter and yet daring to go for what she wants and that includes Arwel! It was so fun to see Arwel lose his need to medicate his empathic ability and also to see him struggle to figure Jin out and not be dependent on knowing her feelings. Love this series!

Hooray for for Arwell & Jin!

Relistening for the 3rd time. I love looking for small things I missed from previous reading. It doesn’t get boring at all. It’s fun to witness a growing loving family of immortals. The fates surely know what they are doing!

Love your stories & characters

I look forward to each new book & am often frustrated by Audible’s delay in recording. Your books are completely engaging; however; some are way to short... this one in particular in my opinion. Thank you in advance for giving this comment consideration. It seemed the plot could have developed a bit further....

I agree with Kian

I was wondering along with Kian... if there are any other intentions behind all who they rescued. obviously something will come to light and hopefully won't compromise the Clans existence/ location to the government. I can see a takeover of the government's underground location, by how Kian was admiring the facility with how Jin talked about it.
I feel like the fates are behind all these fated mates, because all of a sudden there are all these matches, whereas before it was almost like a myth to the clan. I wonder if having babies will be the same, a baby boomer time.
I love these books, they are so interesting, keeps attention. I love the universe of the Immortals and the science of the law of their universe. If you read with intent, there is so much to identify with, even though it's completely different. Hope that makes sense. I must read the next book now

Arwel finally finds his One!

I have felt for Arwel this whole time. He has watched his friends find their person time after time. It’s about time he found his. Jin is a fierce woman and will definitely give him what he needs

Loved the story

I’m such a fan of Isabel’s. I enjoyed the story of Jen and Arwell. I always hate the cliffhanger aspect. I don’t recall the first set of the series doing so. Anyway, she dies whet the appetite for more!

Rescued

So much suspense yet to come. Was the rescue a success or trap? Will Jin "hook" her target? We'll see next time.

Arwell and Jin

This is a paranormal romance and is thirty-fifth in the Children of the God series and first in the Dark Spy trilogy. Mey's sister, Jin, is rescued from the secret government facility. Three new possible Dormants tag along in the "jail break", so they must go to the Keep vs. the Village. There Jin and Arwel grow together. Kian would love to use Jin's ability to catch Kalugal. Awesome book, love the realistic characters. The story arc is getting more into the paranormal, for which I do not mind one bit--LOVE IT. Applaud, applaud, applaud Isabell.
