She calls herself Rose. She seems small and harmless, but less and less about her story is adding up, and Dav has a bad feeling his crew, and maybe even the four planets, are in jeopardy. The Class 5's owners, the Tecran, look set to start a war to get it back and Dav suspects Rose isn't the only alien being who survived what happened on the Class 5. And whatever else is out there is playing its own games.

In this race for the truth, he's going to have to go against his leaders and trust the dark horse.

Superb Sci-fi romance!

This is one I can listen to over and over. Action, first contact, and a little inconvenient attraction.
The voices are distinct and the characters complex.
I will get the next one!

Impressed

I wasn’t sure about this listen 🎧 but the writer kept you interested in what was going on and you forget the time as you are pulled into the story and characters.

hard to put down. loved all characters, good and bad. probably ly follow series to conclusion.

Best Outer Space Novel

This book has a unique take on space travel. The story is complex without being bogged down. This is not the normal cookie-cutter boy meets girl story. Thankfully, the author gave the human woman unexpected strengths and a keen intellect. Drives me nuts when an author makes the lead characters irrational so yes this was refreshing. I would have given this book a 10 if I could. Looking forward to what happens in the next book.

Fantastic

I soon as I get a chance I plan on reading book two and I think there is a third one also. It took me a good 4 chapters before I really got into it though. I even re-read some of them. But once I hit chapter 5 I was hooked. I would totally Love having an AI in my head. Sazo was funny, cute, and dangerous. An excellent trifecta. I was a little worried the romance part was going to take over the entire book, but it was so minimal, it was great. But I would have liked to learn a little more about Dev, maybe that comes up more in the next one. I can't wait to see what ha
