The man upstairs in apartment six doesn't belong here, in our rundown block on the slum side of the city. High-class and educated, suited and booted, and at least thirty years my senior. Yes. Thirty whole years. But that doesn't matter. He's absolutely gorgeous. What does matter is they say he's a disgraced teacher who preys on his college students. A filthy, sick man who deserves prison.

Not what I expected
The story line was much more shallow than the other series. Narration was pretty good the story was just weak and I am a Sadie fan, I've bought all of her audiobooks this one just fell short.

Slow for a Kincaid book
I love this author but this book was blah compared to her others. Don’t let this one decide your opinion on Kincaid. It just didn’t draw me in like some of her other series.

Will Watt of course
Great story, just to much sex about 3/4 way through and had to get through to get to the rest of the story. However, very hot and steamy if it’s what you desire.

Least Favorite Ruthless book.
This book was definitely the least interesting of the Ruthless book and I have read NY, Chicago and LA.

Nothing like LA Ruthless or NY Ruthless Series
I was a little disappointed the series theme isn’t anything like the LA or NY Ruthless series. I hope the 2nd book in the series improves the story line.

WOW
I am so glad I brought this. It was super hot and so intense. I really couldn't put it down it was that good. I highly recommend this. I can't wait for the next book. I swear the ending had me yelling get ready for one hell of a cliffinger.

What a disappointment!!
I skipped 90% and the lead woman was still acting like a middle schooler can’t imagine book 2 will be any better.
Hard to believe this was written by Kincade!!
