Not the best of this series

Too many flames in the fire and the dragging is beyond annoying now. This book could have been added to the end of the last book and the rest connected to the new book coming out because nothing important happened except construction! Thank goodness I love listening to the voices of the guys, especially Vaughn!


Finally, I was very disappointed in the ending who the hell cares about that person? She doesn't deserve to be saved or to be a part of this story which already has too much-unanswered crap going on! IJS!!

Must Read Series for RH Readers!!!

Just like all of the books in this series, a great listen. Usually get through them in one long listen. Must read series for RH series lovers.

Love this series.

While I know I say this about each of the books, however I loved it! This series has such depth and with each book highlighting the relationship from different perspectives as the storyline progresses, that depth only seems to build. I love Rome as a character and hearing his voice come to life is great. TW/18+

A good breather for the series

I felt that this book focused more on the relationships than the plot. But I think it was actually well done. This series has a lot of heavy elements and the characters go through a lot pain and strain. So it was nice to see the characters’ and their relationships with Emerson and each other grow without as much stress and danger.

I am nervous if the focus of the story will shifted away from the King and Emerson’s Uncle in the next book though. I feel like we’ve been waiting so long already and just adding in another thing for the characters to focus on (especially for a character I really don’t know or care about) will be hard to keep my interest. Though Heather Long has done an absolutely fantastic job with this series so far, so I don’t think my trust is miss placed.

On to the next book!

Awesome Series!!

I wasn't sure about this author but this is a well written series!!! Poor Emerson and the life she lived as a little girl. Her uncle is a nasty pedophile. All the men are so good to her. Rome is by far my favorite! I am on book 8 and it's completely held my interest and every book is intense. I listen to a lot of books and this in now a top 3 series for me. The narrators are fantastic

I can't get enough

Once again another amazing book to this series. The male voices are perfect. Love everything about the story.

I love the growth and depth of the characters. This is one of Heather’s greatest strengths, I think, as a writer. Some areas are a little long winded in the past two books, but that only brings it down a smidge. I’m enjoying this series!!

Fabulous!

I’m so happy this series is complete because the cliffhangers are extreme! The plot is next level amazing! Must read for reverse harem fans.
Production quality is top notch. Love the duet narration style and the full casts’ voices.
