This is good! The narrator's voice really soothes your inner soul and it's very calming to your senses. It's really helpful for those who suffered from a lack of self-confidence. It also helps you to think straight without a doubt. I highly recommend this to all of my friends.

Very relaxing to hear!

This is a good book if you're looking to improve your outlook on life. I like the tone of the author. The book seems useful with many tips on how to be happy stay postive and have a happy thoughts. Well structured book

This audiobook is a very well structured book. Awesome audiobook that everyone should have this! I found it very helpful when I start thinking negative to step back and say wait it is really not that bad. Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation audio book I have followed.

Good work!

Enjoy this very much! Must listen on a regular basis. Narrator's voice was pleasant to listen to. Good work! Listening to this hypnosis really changed my mindset. I will go back to this every time I start doubting myself. Highly recommended. Hopefully, I’ll be able to go back to this state whenever I start feeling those negative thoughts creeping up again.

Brings positive attitude in me

Got positive outlook in life
