I really liked the positive thinking affirmations in this audiobook. Sometimes I get in my head and have a lot of negative thoughts and it's hard to get out of that rut. I have to try really hard to get back in a positive headspace and this book helps a lot! And there are so many other really good affirmations. It's such a great way to start the day!
