I fast forwarded through most of this. it has no explanation about the diet it is just one recipe after another read to you.

Better than a Diet.

I get to eat lots of yummy foods, and this cookbook helped me along the way. I was very backwards in my flavoring. Often resorting to butter, and salt. After just a few of these recipes I was able to use what I learned, and update my favorites into healthier alternatives.

Tasty recipes!

Bought this cookbook to help with our diet to not only lose weight, but lower blood pressure. So far, the recipes are easy and don't require ingredients that are hard to find or are expensive. We have prepared recipes for fish, chicken and pork. They are all good! Servings are small, but you get used to cutting portions with this diet.

Delicious recipes and enlightening!

This books guides one through an eating plan from shopping list to recipes, while stressing the importance of moving at a comfortable pace and making changes that will be for the long-term. The recipes are fairly simple and clearly explained. Recipes also have ingredient tips, substitution tips, and budget saver tips. I tried the recipe for Cranberry Sauce and it was easy and delicious.

Great guide and explanation.

Dash diet is more interesting than other diet offer i think, because the benefits are more catching and helpful and very natural. I like the recipes very mouth watering and delicious. Easy to cook and the instruction for the recipes are very easy to follow. I know that this can be a big help for me to reduce weights because, I am planning now to be fit.

think I will like this book, as I recently began to explore the DASH diet for health reasons. The menus, recipes and shopping lists in this book seem that they will make it easy to follow the DASH diet, which is good for me, because I am a chronic diet dropout.

THE AWESOME BOOK FOR BEGINNERS

The book is a guide for those who want to enter to change their way of life. The author tells the basics of a diet, how to switch from a regular meal to a dietary meal, serving size and so on. I put 5 stars, the book is excellent for beginners, but I would like to see more pictures and diagrams, in addition I have some small questions about the diet plan.

It is very easy to cook the dishes and the results are just super delicious and nutritionally well balanced, which will provide many many advantages. I am really impressed when I listen this book. The author did an excellent job and also written very well. That's why I just can understand the whole book very easily. In this book you will also get the chance to create 60 extremely tasty and delicious meals that will keep your body and healthy and you heart happy. Informative and helpful.

Dash Diet....I don't recall ever hearing that term before so it was interesting to read about it. I like that the author first tells you what the diet is and gives you a little background on its history. He then moves on to include some recipes for you to try, which was nice. Now, the parts that weren't so good. The formatting is horrendous and there are tons of typos throughout the book and in dire need of an editor!!

Awesome Guide!!!

I wasn't aware of what Dash Diet was, that's why I choose this book. It answered all the questions I had and included delicious and some easy to make recipes. Although I have only tried the pumpkin tea smoothie I made sure to look over some other recipes and they all sounds delicious and healthy! Great book!
