Stories are getting better, but the narration....

..... Still sucks, but I sped up the narration to 1.25X and it definitely sounds better. The story line has definitely improved, so I am willing moving on to the next book in the series.

Monotonous

I did actually find this book quite monotonous , it just seems to take an eternity for things to happen. Rehash.
