Betrayal, Power, and Maybe Love

This was a strong start to the series and a really intriguing first book. The world-building pulled me in right away — a kingdom crumbling under corrupt magic, a forgotten girl kept alive in secret, and a fae prince whose choices changed everything. Ana’s journey from powerless captive to a woman stepping into a treacherous new world full of court politics, shifting loyalties, and unexpected dangers was gripping, and the tension between her and the prince who once left her for dead adds some great emotional conflict.

The book does end on a mild cliffhanger — not frustrating, just enough to show there’s a lot more story to come — and I’m definitely moving straight on to book two to see where it goes. The narration was well done. I'm Excited to keep going with this series!

When your parents are murdered and you're imprisoned How do you get yourself out of that predicament? Secrets around every corner danger, drama and adventure. Loved it.

A compelling Story with action and adventure a bunch of romance

Once again Zara has hit a home run in storytelling. I read the digital book and vim now n listening h to n the audio book for a second time around ! The world building is spectacular and the romance has me yearning for more! I can't wait to read and listen to more from Zara !

Excellent Story

Curse of the Sun and Stars is book one in a dark fantasy romance that follows its MFC Morgana Angevire through a labyrinth of political, religious intrigue, magic, and betrayals.
Having previously reviewed the e-book version of the story I was thrilled by the opportunity to explore the world again in the audio version which I found to be wonderfully narrated by the dual POV voices of Jessie Elwyn ,and Christoper Andrews.
Morgana has been kept secreted away by her family for twenty-one years which is soon to come to and end when MMC Fae Prince Leonidas becomes a part of her family dynamics, and secrets in an imaginative, emotional, well written story whose adventure can now be listened to in all it’s sensuous execution.

interesting story

This was an interesting story that leads to a big cliff hanger to set up the next book. The story concept is interesting to me but the audio did not fully grab my attention so I have the feeling of what did I miss even though i followed the story.
