Wholesome isekai goodness.

While the mc has the tendency to over apologize I found it an interesting wholesome experience. Some other reviewers claimed irritation with his apologies but to me it was an accurate representation of social anxiety.

Give him and the book a chance. It’s a growth of character and realization of self worth kind of story.

more like a magical Hallmark movie than most fantasy adventure books. fun characters and charming world building

I need more books like this!

I loved the way we are introduced to the world and characters. I love the relationships and especially the way the MC's relationships develop. I love the way the universe is explained and the mystery of Jackson. Everything is just great. And the narration is spot on. I want many more books like this.

Really loved this book and I wish it was longer and we got to see the system and how the powers developed a bit more but it was just so good regardless perfect cozy/romance litrpg

Pure Slice of Life Iseka

If you like Slice of Life, this is for you. No adventuring and no monster killing. Just a nice guy adjusting to a fantasy world with very likable characters.

great book.

it is a good book, and the narrator was great. the MC comes off WAY to passive and sensitive. if you can get pass the MCs non stop passive outlook on every single aspect of his new world and his constant soft tone and worrying about every single person other than himself then you will find a good wholesome story.

loved it!! it was an amazing wholesome story. sad it wasnt longer. i hope to hear more stories like thos from ya!!

Romance Quest

The narrators are not narrators in this book, but voice actors. they bring the characters to life and you can easily tell different characters from each other. I cannot fully explain how wonderful it was listening to them change their pitch and cadence. You should get this book just for them alone.

As for the writing, Courier quest is a misnomer. It is really a Young Adult romance novel about a pacifist beta who and q workaholic adult woman. There are moments we're you think the inventory system might turn out be interesting, but this is a slice of life book.

He who fights with monsters series, also has a unique inventory system, uses it more often has a more complex and rewarding romance. But that series is not a pacifist.

Passive protag transported to low-conflict haven

Others have already commented on how apologetic our main character is, and ditto. However, there was some character growth by the end. I think I just wasn't in the mood to listen to meek and mild for that many hours. On the other hand, Hannah Schooner was *absolutely fantastic!!* as the shark girl (cannot remember her name), she killed it, I smiled every time she got screen time. Ear time. Whatever.

I can see why this would be popular. I actually like low conflict. It just didn't grip me as much as I would have liked.

Fluffy, so very fluffy

I always enjoy a slice of life story with a good romance. If that’s what you like, then this book is for you. The narration is very good!
