Great Christmas story

I loved this story it was precious and full of Christmas magic !! Throughly enjoyed the story and the reader did a great job it kept me in suspense until the very end !! Would highly recommend!

Pure enjoyment

I thought the narrator sounded older than the female character. She did a good job though. Just a light hearted fun story. Just what I needed the weeks before the election. ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Lovely story, narration wasn't the greatest though

Overall, I loved the story. However, the narration was a bit robotic sounding, and the voice of the narrator did not sound even remotely close to what the characters age was supposed to be. I believe Joy, the main character, said she was 28 or 30. My guess would be that the narrator was in her 60s or 70s, so that took some getting used to. Overall it was a very nice story otherwise.

heartwarming

I read this book at least twice a year..and always at Christmas time. It's one of my go to books when I just need to get away!

Cute holiday book

This is another great book by Kristin Hannah. This is a cute holiday book with a twist.

Nice story but not the author's best

The story was nice but nothing special and I have to admit for me the premise in the end was a bit to much for me. I've read a lot of her books and consider some among the best I've ever read, but this one is just ok.

A miss

I bought this book because I’m a big Kristin Hannah fan, but this one was definitely a mess from her usually captivating stories. It was on sale so I thought why not? It’s a pretty short, the main character it’s not interesting, and the storyline was just kind of weird.

Unexpected enjoyment!

This is NOT my type of story, yet I enjoyed it thoroughly. Well written and the performance was great.

Believe in miracles

Loved the story and the hope it brings. I was rooting for it to be real. The narrator was wonderful too! Her ability to change voices of the characters was masterful.
