The content of this book was amazing and so much helpful. I found this book so much helpful and i will suggest this book all of my friend. Almost everyone can benefit from CBT at some point in their life. It's easy to read and very helpful in understanding yourself and those around you.

Almost anyone, and I mean anyone, will find this book beneficial. It encourages one to seek professional help in certain more serious circumstances. I could describe this as the flesh and bone behind any self-help program.

do not purchase.

the entire audio book just mentions how good CBT is but never gives any examples or any suggestions on how to be positive or think positive. lisiten to the sample and then replay it 27 times and thats the entier book. I purchased this for self help and instead wasted money.
