simple e inspirador
Los primeros capitulos ya habia escuchado esa info porque es lo que ha platicado en algubos de sus videos de youtube (he visto todos) los capktulos del 6 en adelante han sido muy utiles, la informacion que narra es practica y facil de asimilar el mensaje, educa, inspira, informa y cuenta una historia al mismo tiempo. Mina es un ejemplo a seguir y me ha ayudado en los 3 años que llevo de seguirla y practicar sus enseñanzas.

Just get this book already and start your inner work journey
Absolutely loved this audiobook and can’t recommend it enough! This is one of those audiobooks I will listen to over and over again and take something new from each time. The voice actor is incredibly pleasant and clear and definitely did Mina Irfan’s book justice. Love love love the new updates from the author in regards to her lifestyle changes for anyone curious to see how her journey has progressed or changed. For anyone especially new to inner work this is definitely the first resource I would guide them towards. Mina Irfan has changed my life and I’m so thankful she’s written this book as a guide to living a more peaceful life. Her health journey she details in the book is especially inspiring. Thank you Mina for this treasure of a book.

Love Mina’s work
