I am 45 years old and learnt so much from this audio about both male and female -super

The audio enlightened me on areas i did not know at all , a must listen for adults that want to understand both themselves and their partners or people in general

my only complaint is that it wasn't longer

loved it, it has tons of useful information with great insights about women that I have not heard anywhere else. I wish it had been longer.

I learned so much about me as a woman listening to this. And it's so important to me to know me so I can help other people to connect with me and love me the way I need. I've read Alison's books before but this so good that ai want more!
