This book had an interesting and take on life lessons that are important in life by relating them to a cats' life. I enjoyed this book and the lessons it talked about to help you on your personal growth journey. The life lessons it talks about are self-care, self-love and acceptance, confidence, how to communicate, turning your talents into passions and how to explore the 6 vital human needs, being mindful, and being independent, to name a few.

This was an awesome ride

Looking at the audio cover, I thought the book would be more of a light-hearted comedy, but even though it contains some humor, it is packed with so much information with a unique and interesting twist. I never thought I would consider cats to be good role models, but it makes sense when it comes to Living your best life. Cats do their own thing, and so should we. I especially love that the author started reeling listeners in from the beginning by putting together the thought of a conversation with the cat. The narrator did an excellent job adding more life to the book and I highly recommend this book to anyone, cat lover or not, for a breakdown of how considering and mirroring certain cat personality traits can lead to a more confident, independent, and interesting life.

A wonderful light-hearted look at life with fun references to learning to live our best as our cats live. A must-have if you've ever loved a cat!

I loved this book!

I loved everything about this audible book! The narration was spot-on, and the music in the background was set perfectly at the points it came on! I wasn't sure what I was going to take away from this book, but it ended up being exactly what I needed to hear for my personal growth and for identifying situations in my life. I loved how the 6 takeaways were related to the characteristics of cats: self-acceptance, relaxation, trying something new, communication, self-confidence, and independence. Those 6 topics were broken down and you learned how to identify and apply them to your life. I especially liked the part on boundaries! I'm more like a puppy, and I think I will be able to identify the areas in my life where I need to be a bit more like a cat :) I loved this book!
