Prequel to Book 10!!

After beginning Book 10, which is GREAT, I noticed some gaps in the story. Important things like Jane having a vampire Primo, Ed Hartly, were mentioned without an explanation so I went looking for a novella. This short story tells of how the M.O.C. got Jane back to work for him a week after she handled the S.O.D. situation in book 9. This is a good story with lots of action that lines up Book 10 well!! I recommend it for all Jane's fans!!

Fun story

Usually these short "only from audible" novellas are crap compared to the rest of a series, so I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this work the whole way through! Definitely recommend the Jane Yellowrock series.

Short story

Excellent short story. Great character, plot, & storyline development. Witches, vampires, humans, & a skin walker collide for a fast paced story. Great narration!

Another great tale in this continuing saga.

You should know I have all the Jane Yellowrock series. YES-It's that good. I even purchase your novellas, which I do not do for any other series. They're usually a waste of money--but not for Yellowrock's little side tales. Keep Jane's stories coming--I will be waiting to read them.

Always a good tale

Fath Hunter has struck gold with this series. While I think that have most of the series I can be assured that each new title will have new twists to keep me interested.
Kristine Hvam is the perfect narrator for this series. I really enjoy the voices she has created for her characters, especially the beast.

Excellent

Faith Hunter writes a fast paced story that becomes a barn burner when turned into an Audio book.

Faith Hunter is the best

I have 15 authors that I follow. Most are from the 80s. Faith Hunter Jane Yellowrock series has always been the Top of the list since I read her first book in the series. I got busy in real life and stopped reading so much over the last couple of years. Now I’m playing catch up, and the Jane Yellowrock series is the first series I went to. I hope I will be able to keep up. Fantastic series, characters and stories. Might help that I live in Louisiana and know most the areas and I was born and raise in the Blue Ridge of North Carolina. So I follow theses stories as if they are happening everywhere that means something to me. Keep it up and God Bless.
