Wonderful!

I’m so sad to hear this is probably the last book in this series because it is one of my favorites but as endings go, this is a fitting one. I don’t want to give any spoilers so I’ll just say that I still wish for more of the story and will miss these characters. I’m probably just going to listen to the whole series again now. :-)

As usual, I could not stop listening.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite series, ever. Sad very to see it end.

Second time thru

since the audible was held up on this one, I read the Kindle version when it first came out. It's amazing how different the story was listening to as opposed to reading.

AMAZING SERIES

Loved the series and loved this final installment of the series! I will miss the many characters I have fallen in love with over the years and will need to revisit often to enrich my life! Thank you Faith Hunter and Khristine Hvam for the hours of entertainment and years of joy in the JY /YS world!

I waited a while to listen to this. I didn’t want the story to end. But …. The end doesn’t have to be the end.. I/ we are happy.. very happy.

Great saga all around

I have truly enjoyed this series and the Soulwood spinoff. It took to book 3 or 4 before the story really gained good footing and the voices were nailed. The story lines kept my interest and the characters grew with each new book.

Sorry this was the last book as I think there is much more to tell with the lives. Would like to know how Wrastler and Jodi like their house and married life.

How are Liz and Eli doing.

I would like to have a whole new book just on everyday happenings and the troubles that happen even when there is no danger. Or maybe a whole book of short stories 1-4 chapters from the different povs.

I also think there is a great spinoff for Molly and her family and the trouble Angie Baby and EJ get into without their parents knowing it all.

Yeah this never gets old.

I have loved this series from the beginning. Admittedly being a person who has watched 3 of my family member die of cancer, the cancer theme in the previous book was very hard for me to get through. This one however had Jane basically back to her old kick butt self and I appreciated that. It being the final book in Janes journey was hard to realize but thats what some of the fans are saying. I didn't know that when I began reading the book, so it made the book even more interesting knowing that.

Our favorite characters are back and many still exactly the same as when we began Jane's journey. One stood out as having matured and changed and that was Alex Younger and to an interesting extent Leo. Alex was a young teenager when we first met him and now he's this beautiful young man who is still brilliant. Leo has lost much of his Leoness, and is now very..."zen" maybe. That is a bit weird but understandable.

I enjoyed how Hunter brought back a ton of character from previous books for her final book in the series. It was nice to catch up on old characters and even ones I had completely forgotten about.

Jane will always be one of my favorite heroines along with Beast. Honestly I think I like Beast in many ways more than I like Jane. I guess I'm a cat person. lol

Overall I would recommend the entire series and say that you really can't just read this as a stand alone, there is WAY to much going that comes from previous books to jump in on the last. Fifteen books is a lot, (plus a ton of novellas) but you need to start at the first. This is not a series that can be read randomly, especially not this book.
