SUper fun with great narration

This is a series that must be read in order because a lot of the 2nd book builds off of the events and people in the 1st book.

I have read this book in digital format and listened to it on audio. The audio is fantastic! The narrator does a great job bringing the world and characters to life. The way he narrates brings the humor out even more and makes this a great and super fun listen!

The 2nd full book in the series starts off with a bunch of fun and laughs. It is funny and quirky and has a lof of unique aspects that are highly entertaining.. Kai and River are a cute couple. They are so sweet and cute as a couple and I look forward to seeing this relationship evolve. on that note, there are a few other relationships I would also love to see form and evolve, not to mention a couple back stories. The pop culture refrences are fun though some might feel questionable to a lot of people. "Can't Help Falling in Love with and Alien," is a much steamier book compared to the 1st and the appendages are much more involved. I can't wait for the next book and hope for more answers to the mystery arcs that the series has so far.

Brilliant Story & Listen🎧Hilarious & Entertaining!

Wow, you definitely can’t help falling in love with this series and the amazing characters! Chloe Archer delivers another spectacular and laugh out loud “Tentacular Tales” novel. This book is a continuation of River and Kai’s story and picks up where the first one, “It’s Not Unusual To Be Loved by an Alien”, left off, not only is it a not to be missed story and just as amazing as this book, but to get the most out of the world building, character growth and the ongoing storyline you want to read or listen to that book first. River and Kai quickly became some of my favorite characters and the secondary characters are close seconds and several of them will be getting they own books so I am excited about that. Archer created something very special when she created this series and the world it is set it, the characters and storylines are fascinating and the dialogue is absolutely brilliant. I am loving the in the moment scenes between the two leads as well as the ongoing storylines that are run through out the series. The writing, plotting and world building is phenomenal, as is the character growth and development. The story is entertaining and has the perfect balance of drama, humor and wit, heartfelt emotions, and some steamy romance, tentacles and all. Chloe Archer, thank you for another fabulously hilarious story, I am looking forward to what comes next in your “Tentacular Tales”.

🎧 📚🎧   I listened to the audiobook edition, Greg Boudreaux, whose talent knows no bounds, delivers an exceptional and “out of this world” performance bringing these characters and story to life. As always, his character voices are perfection, each voice is fitting to that character’ persona, and I loved how he took each role, ran with it and made it his own. You could hear how much heart and emotion that he puts into his work as he captures all the characters’ emotions and has you feeling every single one. He handles the witty dialogue with ease and lands the humor effortlessly. Boudreaux is an entertaining storyteller and a versatile voice artist. His narration enhances this already brilliant story to another level. Thank you for another outstanding listen, it is always a pleasure to listen to your audios. 

Amazing storyline

I have been waiting for this second book and it been worth the wait. I lost sleep listening to the audio. The narrator is the best. I have fallen in love with Greg B. Please keep him for series. Can’t wait for Book 3, wonder who up next the Uncle or bestie 🫣.

This series is so well-written and beautifully narrated. It is beyond addictive to listen to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was so happy when Chaz turned out not to be a secret assassin and I was on the edge of my seat for alien conception….like yes please yaaas we want a baby but there is a super assassin after my sweet river no time for babies we must protect our sweet chatter box

This series is AWESOME! It will give you all the feels, but it will make you laugh out loud numerous times. I can't wait for the next one! Please make it's arrival soon. The characters are well thought out and the narration is spot on!

Literal Perfection!

Chloe has done an amazing job sucking me in as a reader/listener. She created characters that I either love, or love to hate.

And Greg, there isn't much I can say except WOW! There are many alien species and Greg managed to give life to each one in a unique way that ensured this will be a frequent re-listen series for me.

And in the best news- the author has just announced the series is going to be TEN books! I'm ready to click pre-order on each and every Kindle and Audible that is announced.

hilarious and cute

honestly Chloe Archer is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. her writing is reminds me of TJ Klune with the humor and silliness of certain situations. I love how she blends that humor with more serious moments. my only complaint are I wish River was a little more flawed and I wish there were moments that break my heart a bit.
