Welcome back, girlfriends!

Jade jumps right in to kick things off with her hypnotic personal update. Undergoing hypnotism in a therapeutic space is a very real and raw experience. She shares her story and the process of integrating back into life as she knows it. Sheer exhaustion does not begin to cover the work of true healing. It can be humbling to realize we are never done putting in this work, which leads to a gorgeous exploration of anxiety spikes and valleys.

Kaylin’s deep knowledge of anxiety leads into her personal update having just gotten back from a relaxing trip to warm up with her family. Is it a vacation or a trip when you have two children? We call it a trip when there is constantly one tethered to the teat. (and we can thank Cass for that gem)

Cass has had a minor existential crisis since our last episode, no big deal. As the leader of a company with a solid team gathering around her, she is enjoying watching it all come together and the resulting fun that comes with it! Her shaman work has reinspired the business side of things and how it all connects is pure joy… and maybe a little exhausting too. Cue the bone broth!

As Cass briefly touched on in her personal update, Shaman Shit dives into the depths of being buried alive for the purpose of shamnic clearing. In a 6-foot deep hole, you have nothing but a small hole with a straw to breathe. From the sensory deprivation comes trust, connection to earth, and connection to Pachamama, all things to be celebrated in the ceremony of being dug back up. 

Written in the stars at the time of recording was some full moon energy and playing around with Uranus (pun absolutely intended). Jade explains the energy shifting around Saturn and Pluto, connecting back to shifts we felt in 2020. Saturn is moving into pisces while Pluto is moving into aquarius. These shifting signs will impact us collectively and individually depending on where they are in your chart. Prepare for some fuckery into 2024.
