OBSESSED

I was a little worried going in just because how on earth do you even attempt to follow up on Quicksilver, but by gods I loved it so much 🥹 Saeris has grown to be such a freaking baddie and my boy Fisher is as possessive and swoonworthy as ever. Throw in Carrion's ability to make me laugh, our adorable fox buddy, Onyx, and the epic adventure and twisty reveals and I was done for. I'm so obsessed with this world.

Callie absolutely played with our emotions in this one. I almost cried for a whole host of reasons and yet I was continously laughing because the audacity and wit of some of these characters is just amazing and so much fun. I'm so excited for what's next. That cliff had me giddy as heck.

The audio was fantastic. Stella Bloom does so well at the strong fantasy FMCs and Anthony Palmini was wonderful as well. This is in DUET narration too which is always a plus. I loved this listen.

I loved this book so much. It had heart and danger and loss and love. It takes you on a rollercoaster and then leaves us with a gasping revelation. I loved every minute of it!
