Do you want to improve asthma symptoms, tackle chronic pain, or live without repercussions of long COVID? Then the deep breathwork techniques included within this book might be the simple answer for you.

About 12 percent of the population in the United Kingdom suffers from asthma, along with about 300 million worldwide and 20 million in the USA. Due to inflammation, the muscles around air passages put pressure on the small airways, causing shortness of breath, coughing, and tightness in the chest. The triggers for these symptoms vary depending on the individual, and they can significantly impact the severity of asthma symptoms. In this book, you will discover the many benefits of regular breathwork practice, to improve lung health, ease your shortness of breath, but also more widely to overcome pain and have a more compassionate self-perception with better mental health and self-awareness. Breathing retraining programs not only alleviate asthma symptoms but also improve the overall quality of life of patients.

The added benefit of these programs included within each chapter, as with all breathwork techniques, is that they can be delivered through self-guided digital audio, which helps people take control of their breathing patterns in the comfort of their homes. We will help you get started with some simple breathing techniques so you can get the benefits and confidently get your breathing under control, to start living the life you imagine.

This book will prove that we can ultimately change our well-being and state of health and mind by learning how to manipulate our breath.

As someone who suffers from asthma, I was particularly interested in the section on how breathwork can improve lung health and ease shortness of breath. The author does an excellent job of explaining the science behind how breathwork can alleviate asthma symptoms and improve the overall quality of life for patients.

One of the things I appreciated most about this audiobook was the inclusion of breathwork techniques that can be delivered through self-guided digital audio. This makes it easy for people to take control of their breathing patterns in the comfort of their own homes, which is especially important given the current pandemic. The author provides simple breathing techniques that are easy to follow and can be tailored to the individual's needs.

I also appreciated the author's emphasis on the wide-ranging benefits of breathwork, including the ability to overcome pain, improve mental health and self-awareness, and increase self-compassion. The author makes a compelling case for how we can ultimately change our well-being and state of health and mind by learning how to manipulate our breath.

Overall, I highly recommend "The Power of Breathwork" to anyone looking to improve asthma symptoms, tackle chronic pain, or live without the repercussions of long COVID. The audiobook provides a comprehensive guide to breathwork techniques that can be delivered through self-guided digital audio, making it easy for people to take control of their breathing patterns and improve their overall well-being.

It is amazing how much information is useful for us and we really don't know much about. What I love more about this book is the information and background provided. There is so much to know about our body and the power we have in it. Just by breathing right, you are doing so well for your health. Even breathing, which we may think is just involuntary and normal, can go a long way to providing balance and focus. This is also a well-narrated book. Great job!

Very educative and useful
