This book is great for anyone and everyone! It gives amazing and efectivo tools for dealing with challenging emotional. Its really helping me. There is so much insightful and eye opening information. It's like having a meditation teacher at home!

These meditations are explained beautifully. I have a lot of experience of meditation. It tells you everything you need but as a beginner it may take some practice.
