Good

I enjoyed this book but it was very slow to get to the bottom of the mystery. I felt like she could’ve cut out at least an hour or two of drama, bullying and plotting to get to the core of the story. Also the there is a portion at the tail end that involved fighting that went around the bend a few too many times to get to the conclusion. It drove me a little crazy that the fmc was too stunned and focused on just watching the fighting. and couldn’t just spit out the words that would’ve ended the mass chaos, confusion and brutality! That being said I liked to overall plot and the narration was great.

The wait is over! I've waited a hot minute to be able to get to book 5 of Spine Ridge University and it was absolutely worth it. Top tier spice throughout the entire book, the plot was great and had me asking questions throughout the ENTIRE book because who the heck is Ghost! There were so many options and then watching it all unfold and her unfold for the boys who absolutely tainted her, a million times yes. I would strongly recommend this series and will be "patiently" waiting for book 6!

I have owned a copy of this since it came out but life and my TBR was killing me so getting to this in the front of 2026 was so enjoyable especially with getting the audio for it!

Dark!!!

Dark and spicy!!!! Why choose romance. Ends in a cliffhanger and omg I need the next book now. Love this series. Audio is duet narration. Which I think makes it sooo much better.

Was so excited but feel let down

Honestly, I grabbed this audio book without listening to the preview because I love the series so far. But this one was really hard to follow and even harder to get into. There was a lot going on with all the different kids of the original groups. It was hard to keep track of each character and the voices made it even harder because there wasn’t a lot of differentiation between the characters. I found myself questioning which one did what and who was who a lot. It also seemed like the spicy scenes were more forced into the story than the e rest of the books. Idk. This one want my favorite.

This was so confusing. Honestly. Just give it up by now. It’s the same old same ole! It’s always the same concept but with different characters!
Grey was the first to tell her ily. 🫶🏻

Levi - he was so obsessed with her that he’d do anything for her. He just didn’t know how to show it. He also kept it hidden because of the family rivalry.
Apollo - he basically just used her for s3x. He didn’t really love her. He didn’t even tell her he loved her and she never told him.
Grey - he was a good boyfriend but also had a dark side. He had been stalking her for years.
Apollo/Grey - MM

Tbh, this story would have been much better if it had just been Aspen & Levi. Apollo/Grey could have had their own side relationship within the story but making this a why choose with these characters — NOPE! There was no emotional development or depth. There was no real relationship connection (besides Aspen/Levi). It was all flat and boring.
