It had its sizzlen moments....

This is the third book in the series. It was a likable story but not lovable. There was an ice cube scene that was delicious. A menage between 2 men and 1 woman. A control freak lawyer, a male escort, and a bdsm club owner. None like pain but all want each other. The plot of the story wasn't strong but the steamy parts make up for it. Tyler the escort gets hired to be submissive in Seth's bdsm club, the scene has to be stopped because it crosses the line. This dom is actually a politician who thinks he can get away with abusing & raping someone out of commission. Seth feels protective &responsible for Tyler. Seth offers a lawyer friend to do pro bono work if Tyler wants to press charges. Of course, he refuses. During all this, they all realize they want each other...together forever. Only after they deal with their own obstacles to be happy together.

HOT HOT .... Then Steam

This was better than the first two and I enjoyed how the LA went this route with book 3. the M/M/F was steamy and was not a disappointment. There will be a book 4 and so looking forward for that. Yes it most def worth you buying this book. You will not be sorry. Happy Listening!

What did you like best about this story?

The explicit nature of the story, though graphic, sounded loving and tender between the characters, not pornographic. Sometimes the acts in this type of story make me cringe but this sounded like a normal ?couple in love.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Emily Caldwell?

I just did not enjoy her portrayal of the characters...she is monotone and her female characters sound like wimps.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This is #3 and so far my favorite, it is different from #1 and #2 in a way that I have not seen in other erotic stories, you will just have to listen to hear for yourself.

The best one yet!

You know, I was honestly surprised by this book. I expected it to be more sensual than the first two books, but I didn’t expect it to be such an emotional listen. I was much more emotionally involved in this book. I shed tears several times. The relationship these three have is so caring. Yes, all three have their fair share of emotional baggage and they all have to come to terms, with their individual issues, before the relationship can be cemented.
This is definitely an unique trio; a male prostitute, a lawyer and a part owner of a BDSM club. At first glance, one would think that there is no way that this trio could work but, one member suffers a brutal assault and rape and this event brings them together.
The rape scene is pretty violent, so if you have triggers, either skip the first two chapters or move to the next book, in the series.
Yes, the sex is pretty explicit and there are several M/M/F scenes but, they aren’t the focus of the book. In my opinion, this is a must listen.

Great except for the bully

I was instantly engrossed by the story of Tyler, a male escort who is injured by a brutal Dom in a sex club. Allie, a lawyer & friend of the club owners was asked to help Tyler and see if he wanted to press criminal charges. Seth, one of the owners and bi-sexual, offers Tyler a safe place to get well, even though he is attracted to both Tyler and Allie.

I really liked Tyler and Allie's characters but Seth was inconsistent; considerate one moment, domineering bully the next. I understood why Tyler, who was used to being abused by clients, was willing to endure anything for the allusion of caring & kindness, but absolutely baffled why Allie would agree to become a doormat for a few orgasms.

If the author had left out the master/slave stuff and had the 3 individuals interact as mature equals, the story of their budding relationship would have been great. There was so much potential in the threesome, but soon it was just another idiot getting his rocks off by bossing others around. What a disappointment!
