Publisher's summary

Four complete books of a time-loop LitRPG fantasy series where a reluctant hero is forced to fight against an impossible catastrophe.

On Karell, you are either blessed by the gods, granted a unique power and the ability to gain experience and levels, or you are forgotten. Micah Silver was a boy picked for greatness. Chosen by the gods to bear a mythic power, he longed to take his place among the heroes and legends he grew up reading about.

Unfortunately, his primary blessing only allows him to travel into the past by sacrificing his class, wealth, and levels—a psychological burden that Micah is reluctant to shoulder. But, even if Micah is unwilling, fate has a way of forcing you to face your destiny, and running away can cost you everything.

Over and over again....

Don't miss this special-edition full-series bundle from Cale Plamann, best-selling author of Viceroy's Pride and Tower of Somnus. Using his talents for enchanting items and summoning creatures, Micah must retrace his steps and grow stronger in a potentially futile effort to prevent tragedy and protect his family.

Performance is good but story is a bit repetitive.

I am not sure what I expected with a time loop book ( is where the main character goes back in time to try to change something). This is the first time loop book that I have listened to. I do not think that it is a type that I will listen to again. I enjoyed the series overall. Now, would I have gotten them individually. No, but since they are in a bundle, I did decide to get it. I enjoyed the main character. But he did get on my nerves a lot. He is a very independent person, and it felt like it was always his way or the highway.

Good story with well done timeloop

This was a good book, especially as a package deal for the full series. The first two books were my favorite, but it was all worth reading. Good characters, narration, and character development over time.

Timeless

This series is truly breath taking whether it be the allegory of the uberman ( frederick Nietzsche), the seemless character development, the representation of other communities and ideologies, or the beautiful world building. it was absolutely wonderful and amazing to listen to.

Great Character Growth

I found this to be a very enjoyable listen. Cale Plamann has created some very memorable characters. The character development is well thought out and seems to flow seemlessly from start to finish. The story arc is complete, easy to understand, and progresses well from the opening statement to closing. The involvement of time is well done and logical. In many stories dealing with time, the story progression can become murky and hard to follow. This was well structured and fell into place quite well.

I definitely recommend this for anyone with a love of LitRPG and/or stories involving paradox and time travel.

first two are good..

but the second two are not even time loop books. they are basically just fantasy books with very small litrpg elements in the last two books. I wanted a time loop series, not a long-winded fantasy story, with litrpg sprinkling on it to keep the litrpg added to its name. the second two were a disappointing.

Micah has'ta pull out all the tricks to win!

Bk 1 ...Blessed Time...

Cale Plamann writes a really absorbing "Time Loop" tale!
This is the story of Micah Silver, a boy who receives a gift from the Gods to celebrate his 16th birthday, in fact, most everyone receives a gift when reaching the age of 16. One minute you're a child and the next, upon waking you're an adult and you either have a gift or don't, and not all gifts are the same, it really depends on the whimsy of the gods, but Micah's gift is a bit, ummm, more different than usual...
Just to show you how fickle the gods truly are, Micah's gift is a blessing(?) which he doesn't know how to utilize, a gift that will allow him to go back in time, undoing the last 5 years of his life. Once Micah discovers this fact, he now faces the reality that he has the power to change the past, he goes back to when he was 13 again, this time he's able to make smart, informed decisions in order to change the future, but Fate always seems to twist everything up, with odd and ugly outcomes, each and every time Micah uses his "gift"!
Go grab this book! Better yet, grab the audio version, as it's read by Neil Hellegers (👍), 'cause you don't wanna miss out on this one.

Bk 2 ...Coda...

After reading a enjoying Blessed Time book1 I didn't get bk2 right away as I figured that Coda would just a rinse and repeat kind of book because it was obvious that Micah was goin back and face another grueling 5 years to try to fix things again. Little did I know how wrong I was. Instead of being a bridge to bk3, or a rinse and repeat time loop story it was so much more! I loved Coda it even better than the first book. Yeah it was still a time loop and we did along with Micah relive the last 5 years of his life as he got stronger inorder to face the Derg.

Here's a couple of quotes that amused me:

"Quit acting like they pissed in your tea."

"Micah was flung into one of the wooden walls hard enough to break it with an audible crack, or maybe it was his ribs he couldn't tell."

"But there is no doubt that you are carrying boulders rather than stones in your pants."

Bk3 ...Dakkorra's Legacy...

Dakkorra's legacy gives you all the action that your action lovin heart craves!!! As Micah and his team rank up even.

Here's the quote:

"After all." she continued triumphantly. "There’s no such rule stating that a man can't be a sister, problem solved. Therefore I've decided that you're my sister."

Bk 4 ... Shattered Hourglass

As Micah and team race to the end getting stronger inorder to confront the final boss the Third Prince in a battle that can only be won if Micah can beat him in a war using every trick he poses.
Even if I found the conclusion a bit uncomfortable, doesn't mean that the series wasn't great...
So go grab the audiobook as Neil Hellegers presents us with a rip-roaring saga in Blessed Time: the Complete series!!!

Quotes:

"You'll not need to abandon who you are, you only need to become who you are."

"Seriously what do you use as a shampoo, rocksalt?"

It's worth the 1 credit for sure.

First of all, the narrator is fantastic. as of right now I'm half way through book 1 and find myself rewinding A LOT because I'm multitasking and zone out for a few seconds, only to experience a jump-cut to another portion of the tale, thinking I zoned out for 15 min or so because the hero was just in a tavern, how did he end up in the middle of a battle in a location miles away just 6 sentences later. It feels like there are gaps in between chapters. I'm enjoying the story but it's almost hard to follow unless I'm only paying attention to the audiobook and nothing else. Hopefully this improves later on once the baseline and backstory is established? I'll update my review when I finish.
