Mindfulness is good for so many things!

This author took a lot of time to research women and their sexuality, and wrote such a thoughtful book about how mindfulness can help with sexual issues

Great Content for Coaching Couples

As an Yoga teacher I love to practice Mindfulness. What great content for women! I have found the exercises really helpful! I highly recommend this book.

Informational and Thorough

If you're looking for a book of exercises and feel good quotes, this isn't it. But very useful and chock full of studies, explanations, and things to think about. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic book!

I'm a male intimacy and relationship coach and I've been reading books written toward a female audience to get a good sense of what women are being taught. This is the most wholesome book related to my work that I've listened to. And I'm so glad the author wrote it.

Most books written to women are based loosely on facts and are heavy on rhetoric and opinion. They're aimed at empowering women more than they are aimed at helping women be fully present to themselves and their full range of experiences that may feel empowering or not. But, when the guidance is done right, I know from experience that being fully present to ALL of our experiences is the key to accessing raw power. And this book speaks to this beautifully and effectively.

Enlightening and Informative

Book vacilated from easy reading and uplifting to detailed and technical. Overall, very useful in enabling a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities to enhance and regain the essential sensual connection between partners.
