Forces a hard look at yourself.

I found the information helpful and challenging at the same time. I've always thought of myself as an ally, but concepts in the book challenged my assumptions. Overall, I came away with new techniques that can improve me being an upstander.

Very much enjoyed the speaker and the story. I have read a lot of articles and books on diversity and inclusion and like the fact that this one also gives you real life examples and tips. Would definitely recommend it
