The most insightful book I’ve read on healthcare
This book is simply amazing! It lays out in simple detail facts about the practice of fasting, helped me realize how valuable it is and why as a lifestyle it is a simply critical part of a healthy life.
The writers style was easy to understand and the examples makes it easy to remember. I also really liked the fact that everything was backed with data.
I plan to keep this book as a manual and feel I will refer back to it several times while creating balance in my health lifestyle journey.
