I was tricked

I don’t read romance novels AT ALL! I don’t even know how I found this book but I couldn’t put it down! I didn’t realize it was a romance because it was so well written. I have definitely found a new author to follow.

Unbelievable

It's been a long time since a book made me feel such an array of emotions. Damn it, Kennedy! I had to physically force myself to stop listening so I can be an employee. Because if I got fired how else would I be able to afford any more of your gut-wrenching books? Oh, the sacrifices!!! Get this book people. And of course, the narration was top-notch. No regrets!!!

Great

This is my first read from Kennedy Ryan and I love it. I went through so much in the beginning I had to skip to the end to make sure I get a happy ending lol! Love it. Narrators are the best!

Good

A very good story, I’m sure it will be turned into a movie. I liked the characters, the storyline and how the used the importance of therapy.
But…
Too many adjectives and too much narrative dialogue in between the story line, if that makes sense and a couple of hours too long.
Overall Good would read again.

I’ve been waiting for my Divine Duo ( Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem) to grace me with their linguistic magic for some time now. All that was missing was Kennedy Ryan’s phenomenal words!! I was crying laughing, angrily aroused, and blissfully on edge the entire book!!! This book has it all! Thank you and keep ‘em coming!

Masterpiece

There’s no other way to say it. All the emotions and seeing a woman dig herself out of a dark place to find the light and blossom even higher is amazing and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I loved this book!

Kennedy Ryan did it again. This story is so beautifully written and she tastefully expressed the painful journey of loss and the vulnerability that is needed to recover from it. I loved the narration and personality that came through with each word spoken.

Beautiful, emotional

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this book. It is utterly beautiful. It's raw and emotional and powerful. Jakobi Diem is a brilliant narrator, and Wesleigh Siobhan really impressed the hell out of me. The performance was utterly compelling. This book rode pretty hard on several of my triggers, and I initially put it down because it was so hard for me, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. It haunted me. And I had to go back. And I am so glad I did. Beautiful book.

So relatable

This story was interesting but also empowering! This is worth the listen. Kennedy Ryan knows how to grasp her reader.
