The best tool against insomnia

Once I started listening to the adult stories contained in this audiobook, I realized that it was the best tool to fight insomnia, which has led me to fall asleep faster, even before finishing a story, which I can continue at another time.

A new way of meditating.

It allows me to relax

Since I bought this audiobook, I listen to it daily for about 20 minutes and I am very satisfied with the results. It allows me to relax and avoid those exhausting sleepless nights when I am still "working". It's worth buying and listening to this book! Amazing!

Finally something that really helps me fall asleep

I love this audiobook, I can listen to the stories and not even notice when I fall asleep, and I never thought I could be enjoying an audiobook before bed, but the narrator's voice is very pleasant to listen to and that is so important at least for me

The best hypnosis to cure insomnia!


Since I was very young, I had trouble sleeping immensely. I remember that my mother did not know what to do to help me. I found the solution after I became an adult, but it's always better late than never, right? I recommend this audiobook.

Goodbye, infinite thoughts at bedtime!


I'm the kind of person who spends all day wanting to sleep, but when night comes, that desire disappears. Although it sounds hard to believe, it's like that. I was given this book and on the first night I could already feel the difference. I appreciate it!

I loved it.

I listen to it every night with my son!


My son always comes to my bed to sleep because he likes to listen to stories too. But the truth is that I enjoy it much more because it has helped me immensely in improving my time out and my restful sleep. I loved it!

Reduce insomnia

Suffering from insomnia is really a burden. You are supposed to rest and recover from the exhausting day you have, but you wake up really exhausted and in a bad mood. Thanks to this great opportunity to find this book I managed to sleep well again. It helped me calm my thoughts, find peace with those soft voices and the series of relaxing scenarios that made me fall into a deep and restful sleep

A day with a happy ending

I think this audiobook and method is very good and effective. We tend to have stressful days throughout the day that make it difficult for us to fall asleep at night, which I have managed to overcome by just listening to one of the fabulous and relaxing stories in this book before going to sleep, as it allows me to forget about all the stressful things and fall deeply asleep. Highly recommended!

My sleep routine


Listening to this audiobook I made it my routine every night before going to sleep, I am a senior student of political science and every day my anxiety about finishing my degree increases but when I listen to the stories I can feel that my mind reaches a state of relaxation and all the thoughts about what awaits me next disappear and I can rest.

It doesn't get any better than this

I found this audiobook and it has been amazing to listen to, I am a very perfectionist person and more so when it comes to my work and I tend to be very intense with it and I never get to relax but listening to the audios and stories, my mind and body get carried away by the stories to the point where I feel like I release all the burden of the day and it doesn't get any better than that

The narration is waaay good!

I think we should take the time to give more credit to the narrator of this audiobook. The way he tells all the stories I think is a key factor for the purpose of this audiobook (which is to sleep well.) I think you have to have a great talent for this because I think that if this book were narrated by anyone else it wouldn't have had the same effect. Anyway, very good work from the author and the narrator!

Managing stress

Change the situation


The audiobook Tales for Adults taught me that if I have a problem with something or someone I should openly express it, otherwise stress and tension will increase. That's why I managed to establish a balance between work and my social life and it helped me a lot.
