Evy tells a good story. I could’ve done without her opinions of Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama, but overall a good book.

great book full of passion. amazing to see behind the scenes and the science behind it all. walking away with knowledge on how to read people and how to hold my self to higher standards.

Good book. Great narration. Everyone should have a listen of this book, and becoming a better version of yourself.

Really Good

I liked that it covered many areas of protection. After listening to the free clip, I expected it was just about being mentally bulletproof. It was a pleasant surprise to also find personal safety tips and even tips on how to physically secure my home.

The only part that was just a tiny bit jarring was the interview style discussions scattered around. My guess is that she wanted to speak in an honest less guarded manner and could best do that in response to interview questions from someone she was close to. It messed up the rhythm for me as a listener though.

It’s like your bobbing along “I’m with you Evy. I’m with you.” And then all of the sudden, “Who the heck is this guy?!?”

Over all though, good book; good advice; good buy. I’m happy I did.
