Publisher's Summary

A hot lesbian romance!

Can a dominant allow herself to be dominated? Can a woman who defies authority allow herself to submit? Will love come out on top in the end?

You met Rebecca and Cass in Fifty Shades of Pink. Now, get Rebecca's perspective of their first meeting and see her journey to becoming a mistress.

Rebecca Cuinn lost control of her life once before, and she spent many years learning how to take it back. As the mistress and owner of an exclusive BDSM club, Rebecca now had control by the balls. She wasn't about to lose it again by falling in love.

Unfortunately, her heart wasn't playing by Rebecca's rules. She always was a sucker for androgynous, sexy women. But did the one that threatened to make her break all her rules have to be so young?

Cass Giles defied authority. So, when she was dragged to a BDSM sex club for a bachelorette party, she refused to let go of her judgments and have fun. No way she would submit to someone whose sole purpose was to hurt you. Just wasn't her scene. That is, until that "scene" included the mysterious mistress.

Now, Cass was willingly breaking the rules just for a taste of mistress's punishment. But it wasn't just the mistress she wanted. She wanted the woman underneath the mask. And she would do everything she could to prove they were meant to be.

Warning: Intended for 18+ audience due to mature content. This book contains scenes that may be a trigger to some people. This book is merely an interpretation of a small part of the BDSM world. It is not intended to be an instructional "how to" book. Nor does it claim to be everyone's interpretation of the lifestyle.

Rebecca and Cassidy

My love of the characters Rebecca and Cassidy grew as they continue to understand and persue their love. They allowed me into their feelings as they moved through lifes struggles. The human condition is not often easy or pretty, but their commitment to love binds them together as they walk through the difficulties together. Thanks for writing the LA Lovers series. There is plenty of sex, but so, so, so much more. I wish they were all on Audible. The narration by Tessa Stavers is excellent.

Smokin'

"Just One More Chapter" Jourdyn Kelly's books are all like that.

This is a part of the LA Lover's series, which I highly recommend. "Fifty Shades of Pink" told Cass's side of her and Rebecca's meeting. Becoming tells Rebecca's story in detail.

This book is a page turner. There are some challenging issues, but Jourdyn does an excellent job handling those in a realistic way.

There is BDSM in the book, so it is not for everyone. In this story, Jourdyn weaves it into the characters lives so well as that is only a part of them.

You see many other characters in the book, including my favorites, Eve & Lainey. Be sure to check out the entire LA Lovers collection as you see the characters appear. Blaise as always is a hoot! So is Aunt Wills when she is teasing Cass!

Tessa Stavers does a great job capturing the emotions of the characters.

Excellent!

This was my first Jourdyn Kelly Novel (although I have The Truth about Eve in my que). I was pleasantly surprised! I am not a BDSM person and have never really had much of an understanding of it. This novel was well written and helped me to have a better understanding. It also kept me very entertained with the plot.
I am now looking forward to listening in on the Truth about Eve!
Well done Jourdyn Kelly and well presented by Tessa Stavers!

Hot and enjoyable BDSM story!

This is the first work from Jourdyn Kelly I have listened to, but it will definitely not be the last. This was a fantastic story from start to finish. I'm sometimes leary of how a BDSM story will play itself out, especially when emotions and relationships come into play. The main characters in this story are both broken women due to different circumstances. Through their attraction at a BDSM club, their relationship begins and develops into a strong and loving relationship. The characters are well developed and the story covers several different periods through their relationship. It isn't a one-note story, which made me want to continue to listen for hours at a time. The sex scenes are hot between the two women, showing the loving side of a dom/sub relationship. This is definitely an enjoyable audiobook from start to finish and one I highly recommend.

I received a reviewer copy of this audiobook from Audiobooks Unleashed in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.

You're not going to want to stop listening

I just read this title again to listen along with the audible. I can't get enough of Cass and Rebecca. I love how their story comes together and the way they love and support one another. They have that connection that most of us can only dream of having someday. It's so passionate and all encompassing. I wish we could have more of them -hint, hint Jourdyn- to read about. There's another character that I'd like to read more about as well and that is the amazing, Dr. Wills. She's a hoot with her Cracker Jack prize of a psychiatrist degree and I'd like to read a book with her as the main character and cameos from the others. I think that's my favorite part about Jourdyn's books, the cameos. It's always refreshing when a familiar character pops up on the scene and you already know their background a bit. You really feel like you're part of the narrative as it just pulls you in that much more. Thank you Jourdyn for sharing your gifts with us and please, keep them coming. If you haven't read this title, you are seriously missing out and I promise, you won't just read it once.

I loved the book and now absolutely love the audio

this one my favorite books and I have reread it several times. when I heard it was going to be into an audiobook i waited none to patiently for its release. the wait is finally over and i absolutely love it even more. the narrator is the same one who did All About Eve (another good listen) and i like that because Eve and Lanny make an appearance and their voices are the same (a little peeve of mine). she didn't great job with the voices. I could always tell who was talking and her narration was pleasant, smooth.

the book itself is a good one and if you havent read it yet be fore warned that there is a bit of domestic and sexual abuse at the beginning and talked about a little throughout the book. HOWEVER, i dont believe it's too graphic, justnwince worthy in my opinion.

the book blurb says all you really need to know about the book and I think I've covered all you need to know about the audio. So, this one is definitely credit/$ worthy in my book.

Awesome!

I knew the book so I was very curious how Cass and Rebecca would sound. I loved it! All of it, not only the hot scenes! Tessa Stavers did a great job !!
Cass is so sweet and loving, but sexy as hell! Rebecca at first as Mistress sounded distant and later full of love for Cassidy. It was a pleasure to listen!
