OMG! I loved this book when I read a copy but the audio BLEW MY MIND. Told in duet style narration by Vanessa Vasquez and Gabriel Spires, They were absolute perfection and perfect for our main characters. Their chemistry as Mia and Romolo took this book to another level. I did not want this book to end and it felt like a new story as they brought these characters to life. I love when you can get lost in an audiobook but the performance not only did that for me, it brought this book to a higher level of perfection. If you are an audiobook lover who enjoys a FABULOUSLY written mafia romance...PICK UP THIS BOOK!

My oh my was this book fantastic. I love a good Mafia series and Gabrielle has me in obsessed over this family and their sons. This story follows Romolo Ferraro and Mia his love interest. Their meet...I don't think I'm going to call it cute, was absolutely amazing. Their enemies to lovers vibe had me needing more and their chemistry, well lets just say that It could melt the pages. I fell hard for Romolo...His backstory was an unexpected part that I was not expecting. Mia....She was a beautiful soul from the inside out and would help anyone with anything but still had a backbone and wouldn't take any grief from anyone. Romolo needed that in his life. Someone to love him for him and not what they could get from him. Their relationship grew over the course of the book and was beautiful to read. The protectiveness from Romolo and his deep desire to protect Mia really gave this story another level of goodness. I am very excited too see where this series will go. We still have some villains to take care of and we have 2 more brothers. I can't wait to read their stories.

Swoon 😍

I really liked this book! I couldn’t stop listening because I needed to know how it was going to work out in the end! I loved the meet cute with Rom and Mia and the banter throughout the book. Rom fell fast and hard and I loved to see him soften and take care of Mia. He was sooooo charming and sweet 😍 And the narrators did an excellent job! They really brought the characters to life and made you feel the angst, suspense, and love in this book. I hope the next book gets an audible release 🤞

Omgeeeee this audiobook!!

I loved it!! Narration is perfect! I don’t know how many new releases and some not so new I started but they just didn’t grab me. This book is fantastic and I will definitely be re- listening. Credit well spent in this one. Gabrielle Sands is a wonderful author!! I love all of her other books as well and have already listened to them more than once.

Wow! This was a really good story. Had me from beginning to end. You have Mia, daughter of the future Mayor of NYC and Romolo son of the man Mia’s father wants to destroy. They meet and sparks fly 🔥🔥🔥. We follow their hidden trysts. There’s lust , betrayal, a mother with no morals (damn shame) hatred and more. Gabriel’s narration was the Best, that voice 🫶🏼🫦 be still my heart. First time listening to Vanessa and she did an awesome job as Mia. 👏🏻👏🏻 First time listening to Gabrielle Sands 👍🏼👍🏼. Will have to listen to other audiobooks, this one was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Third time's a charm

I enjoyed reading this book several times but the Audio book made it more enjoyable. I love how similar Rom's and Mia's stories were. Their love for each other made it better. They were determination to make protect and heal together was beautiful 💜💋💜
