Eric has a little problem.

Great book

Another good book in this series. Don’t know if I like the way it ended but it does make me hope the next book comes soon

phenomenal book series keeps you on the edge of your seats constantly. can't wait for the next installment!

Great combo

Love the Author and the narrators, Great Series, waiting for the next one to come out.

Interesting but kind of boring

It takes about 5-6 hours to have like 2-3 conversations at the beginning. Mostly uninteresting stuff and with the mother who's beyond annoying. There's a relatively good stretch in the middle followed by a long negotiation. That was also lame. For some reason AKA because the writer needed it to be this way the MC gives away all of his cards early on to help his mother etc just so he would have to except a BS deal to get the main thing he was there for. That thing happened to be pretty important to the MC but I dont want to spoil it. All in all now that the MC actually has some power the story is struggling to keep up with what came before. I'll get the next book but hopefully its better than this one. The ending was terrible... Cliff hangers suck to begin with but beyond that there isn't even any context to understand exactly what happened at the ending. Not as excited as I was going into this one.

I love this author, love both this series and the others. and, I've got to say... I'm 4 hours in and our MC is on his 2nd conversation. that's it. he's had a car ride, and 2 conversations. in 4 hours.

the writing is fun, the narration is intense, but dang. 22 hour book and I'd be surprised if there is more than 3 hours of progression.
