Cute story. Easy to listen to

This was a cute romantic/ slightly thriller type story. Was very easy to listen to. I enjoyed it.

I was confused the entire time I was listening to this. I felt like there was going to be a big lead up to something suspenseful and then nothing happened….the narrator was good at her role minus she made the MMC sound like an elderly southern man instead of a 30 year old. I got this audiobook for free from stuff your earbuds day. It was an alright story and I think it had a lot of potential, it just wasn’t my favorite.

Twists all the time

the narrator did a really great job but this story had me captivated and confused LOL. i started to believe all the theories and wondered what I got myself into. Still a little confused after finishing it

Cute romantic…sort of suspense…story

This story is quick and hilarious!! Aspiring author, Hazel is thrilled to garner the position to be an assistant to best selling author, Athena Quinn. Except, when she gets there, she learns that she’s the assistant to the author’s assistant. Things seem pretty weird to Hazel since she hasn’t actually seen the author…and the assistant, Mr. Remington, is rather strange. Hazel begins investigating…i.e. snooping…through the old mansion and her findings are even weirder! The story…and Hazel’s outlandish musings…will keep you enthralled and laughing. The ending was a bit of a let down for me…would have liked something a bit more dramatic. Still a good story.

Delightful!

I enjoyed this book very much! If I had to complain, one thing in particular wore me out. The main character and her BFF speak on the phone often, which is fine, but too much (way too much!) in my opinion. Otherwise the storyline and characters were lots of fun :)

Not a fan

Cutesy storyline that could have been developed into much more. It's a quick easy read but character development is lacking and leaves more questions than answers.

So many questions!!!

This book was a fun fast paced story with many twists and turns. I love stories that just pick you up and whirl you away. I do not like being left with so many questions. There are many! But I did enjoy the plot twists and sweet love that unfolded even with all of the secrets.

So I figured out pretty early on how it was going to end but that didn’t stop the story from still keeping me on the edge of the seat. I didn’t see the middle of the story or the way it got to the ending coming. That was all a surprise. So good. You should definitely check this one out.

Best story ever

Could not stop listen to this book story was getting better by the minute. And narrator was amazing changing voices of characters excellence book. Congratulations to IVY SMOAK. Will look for more books of yours
