Amazing, Gut-Wrenching Story

This book hurt me so bad when I read it, but listening to it “come to life” in audiobook form? It completely killed me. This was beyond gut wrenching. The narrators really embodied the characters and brought them to life in a way that was both beautiful and devastating. I said it before and I’ll say it forever, this book is my Roman Empire. Thank you A. Winchester for writing raw, real, and honest stories that need to be told.

This book continues to be one of my favorite (and most gut-wrenching) books/audiobooks I’ve ever read. These two narrators were amazing and I cried all over again.
