Unfortunately I won’t be continuing on with this series. The story suffers from pretty severe issues, the dialogue is off, full names were used in conversation multiple times, characters spoke and acted without any depth and felt very surface level, pacing is off, things happen very quickly in odd orders and sometimes in contrast to things said in previous chapters. Prose are off, description and environmental development are practically nonexistent, lots and lots of repeat phrasing. it’s just weird and not very enjoyable. That said the magic system was interesting and the fights were also interesting, I just couldn’t look past the lack of a proper cleanup and sloppy technique.

story felt rushed towards the end, and it seems like every chapter had some sort of audio issue. (skipping, rereading parts, and the same part read by both parties.) still good but left the story feeling incomplete.
