Enjoyable

It’s a great thing when the author makes a concerted effort to make a main character that the audience will like. I believe it’s one factors that makes this series so much fun to listen to. So, I always look forward to next book in this series, and I hope others will consider this book series as well.

Good stuff

The MC is a bit whiny and the voice over was mid but overall I enjoyed this one decent progress with good character interaction not much to complain about.

Decent

The story and progession was decent, felt like the first two had too many options for growth so this one cut back on a lot of that. Which in turn did make it feel like she didn't grow much in the latter half.

My main complaint is how weak willed she gets. Threatening people but cowed to speak nice with people she didnt like. Unable to decide how she wants to grow. Getting lonelier after a few months, ect ect.

Then she keeps thinking of the problems and months or years not decades or centuries. What if she reached people how to survive then they teach other and in 100 year you got thousands who know how to survive and invade. It's all so short sighted.

A little slower

Book three I felt was much slower than books 1 and 2. While yes it focused very heavy on Mira as I understand was intended, sometimes it just felt like Mira wasn't even using her head. She's supposed to be this Botanist and rather smart but sometimes it just feels like she doesn't' even think about what she's doing. I will say though this improves as the books goes on but her biggest flaw is repetitive self doubt and her constant arguing about things that she doesn't like. This last part seems to be a flaw in many "System" style LitRPGs because the MC's always want things to be how they were on Earth and have very hard times accepting changes.

Now despite my critical review above I found the book enjoyable and I do enjoy the interactions Mira has with her surroundings. I wish we could learn more about The Gods though and learn more about what her family is up to. Sadly though we are probably only going to be stuck with minimal details as this is a only a 5 books series
