If anyone could help me figure out who I was, it was Hudson Gatlin's former bodyguard, Thomas Kingsley. Blurb to come in Book 4 featuring Center, Mason Kennelly, and the former FBI agent Thomas Kingsley.

This is the last book in the San Diego Storm series and I can honestly say I am going to miss it! Every single book in this series is amazing! Under Center is no exception. Emerson has given us another fantastic story. This is Mason and Thomas’s book and I loved everything about it.

Mason and Thomas are the epitome of best friends to lovers. Thomas tried to fight, he gave it a good try, but in the end he couldn’t fight his feelings for his sweet friend. He went from best friend, to protector and then to lover. He was there for Mason with no questions asked ever… Their dynamic was sweet, funny and intense. I don’t think Emerson could have written a better love interest for Mason, they were perfect.

This book is well written and as expected the characters are amazing. I have my fingers crossed that we might get a spin off for a new charismatic, charming character that we met in this book. Emerson if you are reading this, Axel really really needs his own story!!

Michael Dean absolutely killed this audio!! Great book!

Great conclusion to the series!

Love Emerson Beckett. enjoyed the story and most of the narration. I had trouble visualizing 6'4 260 lbs making love with 6'4 220 lbs (say), but I moved past it. My only gripe is the voices for Axle and Mason. I thought Axel was way too English posh and feminine sounding for a 6'4 hockey player. He sounded like a stuck up Uni professor. Likewise, Mason, IMHO, should have had a deeper voice being his size. Otherwise, very enjoyable!

a welcome addition to the series
