Enjoyed this addition to the series!

This is a great addition to this series, Ace and Zoma are a great match, even if things don’t start out perfectly for them! They are so sweet together and so easy to root for!

Ace is a goalie at ASU getting ready for the next steps and the NHL. Zoma is a figure skater who has moved to Arizona to get away from some past pains and finish his master’s degree. The two meet at a bar one night and have an immediate connection and hot hook up. But after Zoma realizes Ace is hockey player it brings back those pains he’s worked hard to move on from and ghosts Ace. But Ace isn’t letting him go that easily, he’s determined to prove he isn’t anything like Zoma’s ex and that he’s worth it.

Again, I really liked these two together, they are a great match and seem just meant for each other. I also understood Zoma’s hesitation at first, but was glad he gave Ace a chance and didn’t drag it out. These two really have a great connection and I liked seeing that develop and grow. These two easily fall for each other even as they figure out how to make things work. There are some communication areas these two have to work through, but they do and in doing so they find their true feelings for each other.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book, it was a good mix of sweet and meaningful with some good hockey and skating in there too. I definitely loved Ace and Zoma as a couple and was so happy to see them find the love and happiness they both totally deserved!

Passion for and on the Ice!

I loved both Ace and Zoma. Ace was a teddy bear of a hockey player. He knew from the first time that he wanted so much more with Zoma. I liked that they both had a passion for being on the ice. Zoma was a sweet but skittish figure skater not quite ready to trust and open up his feelings. The chemistry is beautiful, and I enjoyed the entire hockey gang of supporters! Finnley Cole had fun voices for both Ace and Zoma and brought out all the guys them too! I enjoyed his addition to their personalities.

Loved it!!

The hockey player and the figure skater - sign me up! I enjoyed every minute of this book. I loved how ready Ace was to pursue and show Zoma how good they would be together. And Zoma’s struggles to get over his ex and the poor attempts to put up walls to block Ace out only to have them crumble with one smile from the man. The audiobook added so much emotion to the story and really brought it to life! This book was so refreshing and fun - I loved it!!

Great addition to the series!

I love how Zoma ghosted Ace! It sets a certain expectation for this book and it sure delivered. The angst that is created by what happens after college is definitely shown in this book. The family of these two were awesome! The narrator was fantastic!!

Wonderful story.

I absolutely loved this story. These two men are perfect together and they fit right in with the hockey family. I really was surprised by how quickly they felt a connection, but I was really happy that Ace didn’t let Zoma run because he was scared. Ace is a very talented goalie who is deciding where he wants to play after college. He has an opportunity to go to a great team but not the place where he wants to be. He wants to stay in Arizona with a group of his teammates for college where they together won championships that not many could. All of these guys have stuck together and hope to be able to for a while longer. Zoma is a wonderful figure skater and wants to be a coach for kids learning how to do what he does. Both of these men are strong willed and determined to help the other and together they can conquer anything. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves mm sports romance stories. I love how Christie writes these stories and can’t wait to see what comes next.
