Good enough to make me cry

Great cast. great relationship building. Tension and follow through. The characters evolved and there is resolution. A serious 8 out of 10.

A nice ending to the series

i realy liked this series. this was a nice ending. I would love to see a series about young mages of this world in the future.

The end

So glad things were wrapped up without too many loose ends. Could it have gone a bit longer? Yes. Honestly, I think this could have been spread out into one more book. The pacing would of been difficult to match but there were opportunities for more development. I'm overall glad with how things are and will highly recommend this series.

Non stop action...

This 3rd and final installment in the series is non stop action from the very beginning. I couldn't stop listening once I started. The battles are intense and nail biting, with every action scene giving me the feeling of wanting to stand up and pump my fist. There is also a fairly decent "twist" that occurs which totally caught me off guard. Just like so many of the other books I have listened to, the last book that brings the series to an end leaves me wanting more. I will miss these characters and their personalities. Through the course of the series I have come to love them just as I love close friends. It's as if I'm saying goodbye to them for the last time and I will never see them again. I'm both happy and sad. Book 3 is totally worth the time and I highly recommend it. Especially if you enjoyed the first 2 books.
