Drownproof is not the stereotypical former SEAL war story book. Andy's ability to take hard life lessons learned and offer tools to navigate life's obstacles is admirable. Everyone has to face challenges in life. Listening or reading Drownproof will resonate regardless of your age, gender, or profession. Truly 5 stars and I highly recommend it.
