Chance & co took us on another wild ride. Loved it, and I hope there will be more Atlanta Murder books.

Satisfying listen

Good storyline, good narration. Very good series. I hope author will continue this series. Can’t wait.

Creative and Insightful

McMillian has a remarkable way of describing our humanity. Creative murder mystery combined with heart breaking narratives forcing the reader to self reflect. For a local Georgia resident the scenes are familiar but the stories always keep you guessing.

Also - George Newbern is the perfect narrator for this series. Since book 3 I’ve looked forward to each new release for both the content and the performance.

Always solid

McMillian is always solid writing for the genre. I’ve always loved the occasional lean into Chance’s faith that appears in the other books. This lean is a little heavier but still gives room for the non-believer to dwell.

I love this narrator. I believe his “southern-ness” without knowing where he’s from; perhaps he’s southern, perhaps not, but I believe him so whichever works for me.

Easy to figure out this time but still enjoyed the storytelling.
