Southern fiction at its best

Engaging storyline. Love the way you know it’s going to come together in the end but you’re not sure exactly how until it happens. Excellent author.

Family Secrets

Dual timelines, secrets, multiple generations, mothers and daughters, mystery with North Carolina and Mississipi as the backdrop... what's not to love!

The narrator was SO annoying!

This book was extremely difficult to listen to because the narrator had a three-word cadence. Ugh! I felt like I was in kindergarten listening to this book. Whoever she is, I will make a point of never listening to her narrating again. I wasn’t sure if the book was lame, or if it was just because of the narrator.

Outstanding story!

Love the dual timeline, the readers ability to convey the feelings of the characters, just all of it.
