What an amazing listen! My heart ached for Savvy, and watching her overcome self-doubt and set boundaries with those who hurt her was so refreshing. Her character growth was everything! The found family vibes had me hooked! Blythe stepping in to show Savvy what true friendship looks like was chef’s kiss.
And Warren? HOLY SWOON. A supportive MMC who sees the FMC’s worth and builds her up? YES, PLEASE. The way he showed up for Savvy and made her confidence soar had me melting!
The added suspense made this a total page turner, and the audiobook was perfection. Megan Wicks captured Savvy’s complexity flawlessly, and Bryant Walker is officially the gold standard for sexy cowboy MMCs. They made this story come alive in the best way!
If you’re craving swoony support, fierce character growth, and a bit of suspense, Fire Away needs to be on your radar!

The spice was spicing and I loved how protective Warren was.
Throw in fake dating and it was perfect.
This book is small town, fake dating, found family which are my fave tropes!
