The premise and world is good. Worth the read.

Easily see what’s gonna happen next.

Something’s happen way too fast. Like all the sudden we have a deep connection as family after meeting once.

Not keeping secrets even tho I was the basis of the pact that was backed by a god. Basically saying “he blew up the whole room”. That’s borderline in my opinion. But whatever.

Lastly, part of the part said don’t ask about my secrets. Not even two days later.” I have to know” !!!
Then he tells and doesn’t even bring it up. Ugh.

Like I said. It’s a feel good, low stress, in between series. I would read this when I am doom scrolling for a new book.

Solid start

This was a solid start to a really good cultivation story. Can't wait for book 2 !

Pure badass progression

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this story really delivers. It follows a stoic German knight who gets Isekai’d into a fantasy cultivation world and wreaks subsequent havoc. The characters are as good as the banter, and the pace is pretty relentless. Will definitely be following this series.

It’s just….Amazing

I was blown away by this book I wish the book had 20 more hours for me to listen too. Great narration, amazing concept, well liked characters, and lots of possibilities to come. I’m already counting the days for the next book.

Nobel knight is rewarded in the next life

The story was good. Leon can do no wrong in his new life as the gods seemingly smile down on him. All upswing and suspense of defeat. But i really did enjoy seeing Leon crush every challenge and obstacle with the suspense of how he will crush them being enough to still make the story very enjoyable.

My main issue with the audiobook is the narration of every yes no menu option followed by the inevitable yes. It made me almost dnf what was an otherwise good book. So if you can get past that, you will really enjoy this book.
