Get stronger Susan

The first book in this series was so awesome. I was so excited to read the second but it seemed like Susan was backpedaling on the confidence she started to feel. The strong corporate girl faded in to being scared, whiney, and needing others to speak for her. It was disappointing, but I want to find out what happens so I’ll keep reading. Usually characters evolve up, not down. There were some good moments in the book tho and that’s what kept me reading.

Hilarious & Perfection

Man I absolutley loved this book! I laughed so hard. so often! I love how the main character, Susan, is so relatable and I could see things about myself in her. The author uses great technique in delivering back story on characters, as well as recapping in case you don't remember something from the first book. I cannot recommend tbis book and series enough. I am so excited to read the next one, I am not waiting - all books in series are purchased ahead of time now!

Again, the narrator does an amazing job with different voices foe characters, inflection and making you feel you were there!

Loved it!

This story is becoming a fav for me, LH has done it again. The amount of laughing out loud I’ve done in a single series is insane LOL

Enjoyable escapism

Not a heavy hitter, obviously, but an enjoyable little story with a bit of humour and some laughs.

This is an entertaining mystery with engaging characters and a well written plot. I look forward to the next book.
