Simple, fun, and good time. Alot darker and scarier for the target age range than I would have expected. It was quick and was a good solid story. Some fun connections for canon junkies 👀.

Simple yet dark, brisk story

This fits in nicely as a small moment in the Darth Vader history working outside of the Emperor

Cavan Scott is quickly becoming my favorite author in the Star Wars universe. This tale while mostly geared for younger audiences, still manages to weave in some frightening horror elements and thrilling action.

Cavan Scott does it again!

I love Star Wars novels . It was a good story but I can tell it was written for kids / YA.
