Great performances.

Nice twist and a fun addition to the Star Wars saga! I look forward to the next installment. I wish the movies were as fun and engaging.

I love Star Wars novels . It was a good story but I can tell it was written for kids / YA.

Legends Rework

This is a YA book with a twist borrowed from a legends book I’m currently reading. The twist that I won’t mention here is prominent in The Truce at Bakura, a book about what happened right after the Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi. Marc Thompson narrates beautifully, but it’s a formulaic entry.

Okay but clearly meant for kids

It was okay but it's clear the intended audience is kids. It'd be nice if they made things like this for an older audience too - like teens or adults.

totally solid story

This fits in nicely as a small moment in the Darth Vader history working outside of the Emperor
