  • May 22, 2024 I've been a broadcast instructor since 1988. My students have become top rated morning show talent across the country, sports directors and operation managers. Being truthful, I've also had my fair share of flops. Their ambitions flattened by a lingering fear or a lack of self-belief. The origin of their dreams had been chased away from the visions of growing forward. That's where I think we can all learn. We've all been there! It's time we identify why we turned our backs or dropped our dreams off in the nearest trash can. Learning through others whose hopes were once set high and their falls became lessons for us to learn from. Because it always happen to us on a different day.
